Privacy Policy
Last updated May 11, 2026. This policy applies to Wen Bing Institute, operated by Centered Health, LLC.
What We Collect
Today, the site collects a small amount of information: email addresses submitted through the subscribe form, technical request metadata created by normal web hosting, and any text you voluntarily send to the AI chat.
We do not currently offer user accounts, payment accounts, lab uploads, medical chart storage, or patient portals. If those features are added later, this policy must be updated before launch.
How We Use It
Email addresses are used to send Wen Bing Institute updates, protocol changes, and research dispatches. AI chat text is used to generate a response to you. Technical logs are used to keep the site secure and reliable.
Service Providers
We use Vercel for hosting, Supabase for database storage, Resend for email delivery, Together.ai for the current chat model, and OpenAI for embeddings used by search and retrieval features. These providers process data only as needed to provide their services to the site.
Health Information
Do not submit private medical records, emergency symptoms, or sensitive health data to the site unless a future feature explicitly says it is built to receive that data. The current public chat is educational and is not a medical records system.
Email Choices
You can unsubscribe from Institute emails using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting weston@getcentered.health. You can also ask us to delete your email address from the subscriber list.
Security
We use reasonable technical safeguards, including server-side API keys and database row level security. No internet service can be guaranteed perfectly secure.
Children
The site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Wen Bing Institute is an educational research project operated by Centered Health, LLC. Its material is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for emergency care.
Weston Willingham is the founder and researcher behind this project. He is not presented as a licensed Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner or healthcare provider. Practitioner-authored or practitioner-reviewed contributions will be attributed when they exist.
Traditional Chinese Medicine concepts, supplement discussions, product references, and AI responses are provided for education. They do not create a practitioner-patient relationship and should be discussed with qualified clinicians.
